Introducing
Grow Your Salad Bowl Challenge: Transform Your Health with Gardening!
My name is Olufunke. I am a proud boymom of three young kings, Nigerian born, raised in Boston, and happily married and thriving in the DMV. I am a Howard University alum. I am passionate about food. Growing it? Absolutely! I enjoy helping others grow their food. With 15+ years of healthcare consulting, I’ve driven population health solutions for federal, state, health plan, and commercial clients. Now I am applying that expertise to revolutionize individual health through food. I’ve been gardening for 5+ years and have helped many clients and powerhouses start their healthy eating journey through gardening and now it’s your turn.
I am thrilled to introduce you to this “grow-off” focused on leafy greens like lettuce and arugula. Join me for a 3-day journey where I introduce you to basic gardening skills and explore the freshness and flavor of freshly harvested leafy greens .
